PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

It gives me immense pleasure in conveying that the sacred dream of the founder president Late Dr. Ishwar Singh ji has been realized in the truest sense with his brain child, Guru Nanak National College, taking huge strides with each passing year and adding on feathers in its already decorated cap. Presently, this college caters to the educational needs of 137 villages and 7 constituencies around Doraha.

Our primary objective is to tap the potential of the rural students so that their energies are channelized in the proper direction and they grow up into self-dependent and responsible citizens of the society. The college stresses equally on academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities so that the students can open up in a multiple ways. Social, moral and ethical values are imbibed in them through community service accorded through camps, discussions, seminars, competitions etc.

Our college has established itself as a hub for holistic education, fostering intellectual growth, creativity and character development. The achievements of our students in various fields, from academics to sports and cultural activities, are a testament to their hard work and dedication and tireless efforts of our faculty.

As we look to the future, I advise my students to be career-conscious and competitive while ensuring their all-round development. The world is rapidly changing and it is essential to stay adaptable and open to learning. Remember that success is not solely defined by academic achievements, but also by the values you uphold, the relationships you build and the positive impact you have on society.
